Atomizing High Pressure: MKB-3 Burner based on the reliable R.W. Beckett AFG burner. Most replacement parts are inexpensive off the shelf items, including the nozzles which are regular fuel oil nozzles, very inexpensive compared to nozzles for low pressure burners, and readily available everywhere.

The oil heating apparatus is self cleaning – unique in the industry. The nozzle can be changed in seconds, instant accessibility by sliding the burner back.

Capacity: 105,000 BTU – 490,000 BTU, just change the nozzle to obtain any output in between and adjust the intake air.

Conversion: Can be installed in most existing heating equipment with adequate size combustion chamber.

Airtube size is 4” OD, 7 1/2” usable length.

Electrical service: 110V, 15A

Fuel Supply: 50 micron filter, gravity feed to burner – LPFS (low pressure fuel supply) highly recommended to prevent fuel stratification and sludge buildup in the storage tank.

Compressed Air: small inexpensive tank type compressor can be used since the air is needed for a short period of time only on burner shutdown to purge the nozzle and the oil heating device.

Nozzle sizes are available from .75 GPH to 3.25 GPH in .25 GPH increments, and 30-90 degree spray angle for wide range flame size and shape manipulation. Simple to install, use and maintain. Simple and easy to handle controls.
